Object of the order: MEDICINES - described in detail in Annex 2 to this SWZ - individual packages. 2. Scope of the subject of the order: The goods offered by the Contractor must: a) Have valid documents allowing trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the regulations (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83 EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC". b) Have a permit from the Minister of Health or the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products to place a medicinal product on the market - products classified as medicinal products within the meaning of Pharmaceutical Law; - if it concerns a given product range; c) Have an EU/EC declaration of conformity and an EU/EC certificate (if applicable) - in the case of medical devices within the meaning of the Medical Devices Act d) Possesses...
