1. The subject of the order is the extension of the Microsoft Software Assurance package for the following licenses: Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter Core 16 LSA 8 pcs. Microsoft Windows Server User CALSA 250 pcs. Microsoft SQL Server Standard Core 2 LSA 16 pcs. 2. Your order includes the right to update software, manufacturer's technical support and the ability to run a backup environment.3. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ.4. Whenever in the content of the ToR the subject of the order is described by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process, The Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution. Equivalence in terms of technical, utility or operational parameters is intended in particular to ensure that parameters are not worse than those adopted by Ordering Party.
