- Miejskie PrzedsiębiorstwoKomunikacyjne S.A. in Kraków invites you to submit offers for the performance of environmental tests required under Art. 227 par. 1 point 2 of the Labor Code Act (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, consolidated text) and in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health on testing and measurement of factors harmful to health in the work environment of July 3, 2025 (Journal of Laws 2025, item 949), Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy on the highest permissible concentrations and intensities of harmful factors for health in the work environment of June 12, 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018.1286) and the Act on the compliance system of November 24, 2022 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 215, consolidated text) Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2024 on chemical substances, their mixtures, factors or technological processes with carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic effects in the work environment (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1126). The scope of the order includes tests at work stations described in Annex 1 to the request for quotation and preparation of protocols from these tests. Test results should be provided in paper and/or electronic form (to be determined). Offers should include the price of the tests described in Annex 1 - the column "Test price (in PLN for 1 factor)" should be completed. The offer should include attach a copy of the accreditation certificate for the tests specified in the table, issued by the Polish Center for Accreditation, confirmed to be a true copy of the original.
