- The subject of the order is the provision of the service titled: "Migration of SCADA control and visualization systems to the latest version of Siemens PCS7 for STUOŚ" - the Sewage Sludge Thermal Utilization Station located at the "Sitkówka" Sewage Treatment Plant in Nowiny near Kielce, ul. Przemysłowa 93, 26-052 Nowiny. The service titled: "Migration of SCADA control and visualization systems to the latest version of Siemens PCS7 for STUOŚ" includes, among others: 1) updating (upgrading) the current SCADA system to the latest version SIEMENS PCS7 along with maintaining the efficiency of the automation and SCADA systems installed in the STUOŚ at the "Sitkówka" Sewage Treatment Plant, 2) delivery of licenses, software and hardware necessary to migrate the PCS7 system and ensure the current functionality of the control system for the Sewage Treatment Plant at the "Sitkówka" Sewage Treatment Plant, 3) implementation of the modernized system and training of the Ordering Party's employees, 4) engineering of the PCS7 application based on APL/IL standard and Water templates, 5) servicing the subject of the order during the warranty and warranty period. The contractor will propose and deliver a full hardware solution (including servers, backup equipment, etc.) adapted to the offered system. Due to the strategic nature of the operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, including the Sewage Treatment Plant, the offered servers must ensure high-class security and be compatible with the current IT and technological equipment of the facility...
