Description:
1. The subject of the order is the distribution of milk.2. The approximate (estimated) quantity of milk ordered during the duration of the contract, i.e. 12 months, is 13,750 liters, including: a) regular milk in a carton, approx. 13,625 liters, b) lactose-free milk in a carton, approx. 125 liters, 3. For the day announcement of the public procurement procedure, the Ordering Party informs that the number of employees entitled to receive milk is 110.4. The final amount of milk distributed will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party.5. The contractor will not be entitled to any claims from due to failure to complete the amount indicated in point 2 and 3 above. 6. The Ordering Party informs and indicates the number of liters for information purposes only. 7. The place of delivery will be at least one collection point located in the city of Polkowice.8. Reception of the subject of the contract will be carried out successively by the Ordering Party's employees on the basis of coupons each time prepared by the Ordering Party according to the template*.9. the provision of supplies covered by the subject of the contract will take place from the 5th to the 25th day of each month in a given month. billing period (month).10.
