- Subject of the order Mineral water, low-mineralized or medium-mineralized with sodium content below 75 mg/l in PET bottles, i.e.: - carbonated mineral water 1.5 l - 10,584 pcs. - still mineral water 1.5 l - 4,536 pcs. - mineral water still 0.5 l - 2736 pcs, delivered according to quantity to Lublin and Łuków in two batches (Appendix No. 1). The price should include all fees, including the cost of the deposit for the bottle. Provisions: 1. Mineral water should be original purity, constant natural chemical composition and the content of macro and micronutrients in amounts and mutual proportions beneficial to health. It should have a certificate - a quality guarantee and meet organoleptic, chemical and physical requirements microbiological for bottled natural mineral waters in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of March 31, 2011 on natural mineral waters, spring waters and table waters, the Act of August 25, 2006 on food safety and nutrition and the Act of December 12, 2003 on general product safety, i.e., among others should have information and markings on the packaging in Polish.2. Water will be delivered to two collection points and in two batches. The place of delivery and the quantities of individual batches are provided in Annex 1.3.
