- 1. Subject of the order: Delivery of a mobile field.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order.
3. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, specifications technical and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor can use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent".
101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies he offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor will prove
