- Modernization of 1 piece of belt conveyor with a maximum length of 1850 [m] and a belt width of 1000 [mm] type Pioma 1000, intended for operation in underground mining plants extracting coal... 1. The subject of the order is the modernization of 1 piece belt conveyor with a maximum length of 1850 [m] and a belt width of 1000 [mm] type Pioma 1000, intended for operation in underground mining plants extracting hard coal, in workings at risk of methane and coal dust explosion, in accordance with provisions of the SWZ. 2. The modernization of the conveyor will include, among others: on: ̶changing the purpose of the conveyor - into a device for local movement of the crew with the upper belt in reverse, in both directions (hereinafter referred to as: the Device), ̶lengthening the Device to target length up to 2000 [m], using a factory-provided by the Contractor a new linear route structure for people driving on the upper reversible conveyor belt with a length of 650 m and using a compatible linear route structure with a length of 1350 m, adapted for people to travel with a reversible upper belt, constituting the property of the Ordering Party and at its disposal. This structure does not have electrical equipment, will not require modernization and will not be sent to the Contractor; will constitute further part of the Device's linear route. The Ordering Party requires the provision of electric control up to the target length of 2000 m for the Device. ̶equipping the control system and electrical power supply of the Device with elements enabling the movement of the crew upper belt reversible in both directions for a target length of 2000 m, ̶connecting the Device to the MINE EYE software and updating the software...
