Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the 110/15 kv Paw (PGE Dystrybucja S.A. power station. Białystok Branch, the 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 1 to SWZ and No. 1.1. to SWZ., 3. The contracting authority requires employment under a contract about work by the contractor or subcontractor performing during the implementation of the order the activities specified in Annex 2 to SWZ. The method of verification of the employment of these persons and the contracting authority's rights in the scope of controlling the contractor compliance with the requirements related to employing these persons and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are included in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ., 4. Subject of the contract - modernization of the 110/15 kV power station. Paws are part of the project entitled "Development of an intelligent power network in the area Białystok Branch PGE Dystrybucja S.A. -II "co-financed from the European Fund for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 (priority FEPW.02 Energy and climate, operation FEPW.02.01 Energy distribution) under the Co-financing Agreement No. FEPW.02.01-IP.03-0003/24-00.
