Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the modernization of the 110/15 kV RPZ-9 Białystok power station on the premises of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch. 2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons who will perform the activities specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ during the execution of the order. Method of verifying the employment of these people and the powers of the Ordering Party regarding the control of the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are included in the draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right invalidation of the public procurement procedure if the public funds he intended to use to finance all/part of the contract are not awarded to him. 5. Whenever the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, it should be understood that in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, also allows for equivalent solutions. 6. Subject of the order - Modernization of the 110/15 kV RPZ-9 Białystok power station on the premises of PGE Dystrybucja S.A.
