- The subject of the contract is: Modernization of 2 heat substations with the construction of 2-functional substations (hot water in 2 zones) with a capacity of 520kW in a multi-family residential building at ul. M. Skłodowskiej-Curie 50 W-1, 50 W-2 in Bydgoszcz:
•disassembly of the existing (old) heating substations, owned by KPEC,
•budowa 2 pcs of heat exchanger nodes of the central heating section and hot water (2 zones), with a power of 520kW each, (from the Contractor's own materials),
•execution of new electrical installations in the substation rooms with the connection of switchgears,
•performance of earthing of the equalization bus for substations,
•assembly, connection and start-upreplacement of heat substations with technological and electrical installation of the substation.
The Employer will provide the Contractor with electrical switchboards with ECL Comfort 310 2 pcs. controllers, to be collected from the KPEC Automation Department.
