Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the execution of Works at the 220/110 kV Adamow power station to the extent ordered by the Ordering Party, specified in this document, aimed at enabling the connection of: a gas and steam unit (BGP) with a capacity of 600 MW (705 MVA) to fields no. 4 chapterlni 220 kV SE 220/110 kV Adamow, a photovoltaic (PV) installation with a capacity of 211 MW to bay No. 2 of the 220 kV SE 220/110 kV Adamow switchyard and a starting transformer (TRR) with a capacity of 40 MVA to bay No. 7 of the 110 kV SE switchgear 220/110 kV Adamow. According to the WP, the total connection capacity of BGP and PV is 600 MW (the power output simultaneously to the grid by BGP and PV cannot exceed 600 MW).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Functional and Utility Program.

4. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2and paragraph 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent".
