Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly of devices, necessary construction works, configuration and commissioning of the Access Control System in accordance with the design and technical documentation under the task name: Modernization of the access control system in the building of the District Court in Jaworzno at ul. Grunwaldzka 28. 2. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the description of the subject of the order in the attachments: - Appendix No. 3 to SWZ - technical design - Appendix No. 4 to SWZ - Bill of quantities - Appendix No. 5 to SWZ - technical specification. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibilitypartial bids. The subject of the contract was not divided into parts for technical and organizational reasons. The order forms an inseparable whole described in the design documentation. 5. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for the devices of a minimum of 24 months and a maximum of 60 months, gthe warranty for the devices is a criterion for evaluating offers, referred to in the later part of the ToR. 6. If the documents making up the description of the subject of the contract indicate a specific material, product or device, or a reference to a specific standard, it should be treated as a technical guidelineo-quality and the contracting authority, in relation to the parameters, data, standards (technical or any other) directly or indirectly identified in the design documentation, allowing equivalent solutions in accordance with the technical data and parameters...
