A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is to perform construction works including renovation works and modernization of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems in the NBP District Branch building in Wrocław at ul. Lelewel 14 and provision of services for inspections and maintenance of installed devices and installations, in accordance with the scope resulting from the recommendations of manufacturers of these devices and technical and starting documentation, and in accordance with the requirements set out in the contracted provisions of the contract2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of the contract are set out in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.3. The Contractor grants a 36-month-old quality guarantee for workmanship, including the devices mounted. The warranty period starts its run from the date of signing the Requirement Protocol.
