1. The subject of the contract is the modernization and delivery and implementation of the digital system of registration of court hearings in 66 courtrooms in the courts of the Warsaw Appeal.
2. Completion date:
1) basic Order scope: should be completed within 3 months from the date of signing the contract, but not later than by December 15, 2025,
2) Optional order scope:
a) the date of the option - 12 months from the date of signing the contract,
b) Optional order processing date - 5 months from the day submitting a declaration/order.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ.
