Description:
1. The subject of the contract are construction and installation works consisting in "modernization and equipment of the rooms of the Endoscopy plant" (main building, floor 0, segment C1)
in the Specialist Hospital Ludwika Rydygier in Krakow sp.z o.o. located in Krakow, os. Golden Autumn 1, on the plotNo. 3/9, 008, Nowa Huta.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in this specification, in particular the functional and utility program constituting Annex 1 to the nin. Specifications, as well as the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the specification.
3. Selements of works not included in the calculationOffer or not priced, and resulting directly from the tender documentation (functional and utility program, specification), the Purchaser will consider as valued and included in the offer, without the possibility of any claims of the Contractor in this respect. In connection with the aboveChecking the documentation and the conditions prevailing on the investment area. The effects of any errors in the offer calculation developed by the Contractor are burdened by the contractor - he must predict all circumstances that may affect the price of the order.
