Description:
1) The subject of the order is the modernization and expansion of the MitelMXOne and MiContactCenter Enterprise headquarters system through the supply of software subscriptions, licenses and headsets for video calls, in accordance with the technical requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the order constituting the Appendix No. 1 to the Template Agreement.2) The minimum required warranty period for the delivered systems (subscriptions and licenses) and devices is 24 months.3) The minimum required time for removing a failure during the warranty period is 40 hours from notification.4) The Ordering Party in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Template contract, clearly indicated the names of the systems (subscriptions and licenses) of the MitelMXOne and MiContactCenter Enterprise headquarters, which means that the Contractor cannot offer other systems. The above is due to the fact that the ordered systems constitute a renewal or addition to the software already owned by the Ordering Party. and cannot be replaced by other IT solutions.5) The contractor must have the status of a sales partner and be a distributor of Mitel devices and software.6) A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order is specified in Pattern...
