Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services aimed at introducing changes to the Pobyt System (including the National Consultation System (KSK)) run by the Head of the Office for Foreigners (including the National Consultation System (KSK)) and the MOS portal ((Case Handling Module) together with the administration panel, editor panel and the MOS part in the Pobyt System) resulting from the need to adapt the systems to applicable and planned legal acts, adapting the above-mentioned systems for cooperation with external systems (both large-scale EU and national systems), as well as the introduction of functional and non-functional changes improving the work of users of the above-mentioned systems and providing them with warranty service and technical support services in the field of application maintenance and operation. In addition, the services that are the subject of the contract include support in maintaining the proper operation of the ICT infrastructure the Ordering Party related to the proper operation of the above-mentioned systems and services connected to them, as well as support in the event of hardware or software failure.
