- 1. The procedure is conducted on the basis of the provisions of Section VI of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law and implementing regulations issued to the above of the Act - as a contract award procedurein the field of defense and security - under a restricted tender procedure (pursuant to Article 410(1) of the Act). 2. The subject of the contract covered: 1) construction, installation and commissioning of the BMS (Biometric Matching System) through the delivery of the necessary software andrzetowo-server, 2) provision of at least 36-month support and warranty for the delivered solution. 3. The BMS System offered by the Contractor will be compatible with the ICT platform owned by the Ordering Party and will enable recording and conducting effectivej identification and biometric verification of persons. 4. The algorithm for generating biometric patterns for fingerprints used in the system - must be in the top ten of the MINEX III Compliant Submissions ranking (sorted by the pooled 2 fingers column) at the same time for the "Template Generators" and "Template Matchers" (2 classifications). 5.
