Description:
The Border Guard operating on the basis of the Border Guard Act uses in the daily service ICT systems necessary in the process of border traffic control, protection of the state border and in the part of the external border of the European Union. For this purpose, it uses a number of systems ICTs built based on modern technologies. These include, among others, devices subject to expansion and listed in individual parts being the subject of the contract.
The subject of the contract was divided into four parts:
1. The subject of the contract in Part 1 is Delivery, installation and launch of AFA disk matrix with the functionality of virtualization of external mass storage as part of the basic order in the amount of 4 sets. and as part of an optional order in an amount of up to 4 sets.
The devices will be covered by the warranty and service support for the period minimum 36 months.
The contracting authority may annul the proceedings in Part 1 of the contract, if the public funds that the Employer intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, will not be granted to him, and the possibility of annulment of the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law).
