Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services aimed at introducing changes to the stay system conducted by the Head of the Office for Foreigners (including the National Consultation System (KSK)) and the MOS portal ((case service module) together with the administrative panel, editor panel and part of MOS In the stay) resulting from the need to adapt systems to applicable and designed legal acts, adaptation of the abovementioned systems for cooperation with external systems (both large -scale EU and domestic systems), as well as the introduction of functional and non -functional changes improving the work of users of the above systems and their warranty service and technical support service in the field of maintenance and operation of the application. In addition, the services being the subject of the contract include support while maintaining the proper operation of the ICT infrastructure Ordering Party related to the correct operation of the abovementioned systems and services connected to them and support in the event of hardware or software failure.
