The subject of the contract is the implementation of modernization and reconstruction of building C with the implementationTasks "Modernization and reconstruction of the rooms of the Hospital Emergency Department and the Laboratory Diagnostics Center cooperating with the SOR together with the replacement of equipment" and the task "Modernization, superstructure and equipment of the building of the pavilion C for the needs of geriatric care", including in particular, includingexecution of construction works, as part of the phase I investment and phases of the 2nd investment, as well as other obligations arising from the contract - which are aimed at modernizing the C building, as well as the correct performance of the other works provided for in the contract, in particular the requirements will be metSpecified by the relevant legal provisions, and in addition, all obligations constituting the subject of the contract will be performed properly and in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Ordering Party
