Description:
The subject of the order is the modernization and reconstruction of the building of the Specialist Clinic 109 of the Military Hospital with the SP ZOZ Clinic in Szczecin as part of the implementation of the investment task No. 91 143 entitled "Modernization, expansion and retrofitting of the 109th Military Hospital with the SP ZOZ Outpatient Clinic - Stage I".The scope of the planned investment, which is the subject of the procedure, includes: • Location of the functions of the Specialist Clinic expected by the Ordering Party; • Replacement of all internal installations in the building; • Adaptation of the facility to the applicable technical and construction regulations and regulationsspecialized related to the function of the facility; • Execution of construction and finishing works in the facility • Installation of two additional lifts, including one with the possibility of transporting a patient on a transport stretcher; • Land development including reconstruction of roads and sidewalks, repair and/or replacementpaving, execution of elements of small architecture; • implementation of an impersonal, fully automatic parking system (which does not require the intervention of a natural person) with toll collection enabling cash and non-cash payments and free entry for selected vehicles; • System executionalong with devices and equipment, and integration with the HIS system in force at the Hospital • And, additionally, outside the scope included in the design documentation, laying a fiber optic cable in the installation trough prepared in the basement of the building (the area occupied by...
