The subject of the pollination is the modernization and reconstruction of the clinic building for the pilgrim and care plant operating in the Zagbiow Clinical Hospital implemented as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increase in immunity: Component D "Effectively, access and as a health care system". Investment D4.1.1 Division of dotterminal care by modernizing the infrastructure of medical entities at poviat level2. In the field of the subject of the Claw, the Contractor is obliged to: a) development of project documentation along with obtaining the necessary permits and agreeing in accordance with the scanner No. 1 to SWZ; b) execution of construction and installation robs for the scope described above together with the supply and assembly of the equipment in accordance with the adapter No. 1 to SWZ; c) obtaining receipts in the entire investment process, including koczowy acceptance in accordance with the AIKCA No. 1 to SWZ; d) allowing the facilities to be used in accordance with the scanner No. 1 to SWZ;
