- 1) the subject of the contract is the implementation of the modernization and reconstruction of the hospital pharmacy for the purposes of oncological care as part of tasks regarding the modernization of building A, including in particular, the performance of construction works, as well as other obligations arising from the contract - which are aimed atmodernization of building A, as well as the correct performance of other works provided for in the contract, in particular the requirements specified in the relevant legal provisions will be met, and in addition all obligations constituting the subject of the contract will be completed properly and in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Ordering Party
whereby:
building A - it should be understood as a building located on plot no. 5765 at ul. Krakowska 31 in Bochnia, within the registration area No. 0005, Bochnia-5, registration unit 120101_1, Bochnia-Miasto, which is used for the purposes of Hospital pharmacy.
Investment - modernization and reconstructionHospital pharmacy for the purposes of oncological care.
Construction works - construction works performed in connection with the investment, and also related services and deliveries, provided based on the provisions of the contract, in particular project documentation, detailed scope of investments and STWiR.
DocumentationDesign - investment design documentation covering a technical and performance design, building permit, constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
STWIOR - technical specification of the execution and acceptance of works - made at the request of the Employer documentation constituting Annex 5 toSwz.
