Description:
The subject of the investment entitled The modernization and reconstruction of the manor house in Kunica Grabowska, the seat of the Primer Museum, includes the modernization and reconstruction of the manor house, which is the seat of a local government cultural institution - the Primer Museum. prof. M. Falskiego in Kunica Grabowska, including development and tidying up historic manor park surrounding the manor building. The scope of the project includes: Construction works, including activities related to improving energy efficiency, i.e. insulating the walls on the entire area, replacing windows and doors, installing ventilation and air conditioning, changing the CO source along with with heating fittings. The water and sewage installations, storm sewage systems, irrigation systems, sanitary sewage systems, central heating, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning and electrical installations will be renovated. The project will include the adaptation of the attic rooms and the adaptation of the building designed outdoor space to meet the needs of people with disabilities.
