1 The subject of the fitting is the design, construction of construction and transfer to the Ordering Party together with the as -built documentation to the use of modernized/rebuilt roomstogether with the developed area in the Complex of Vocational School No. 1 in Zduuska Wola in accordance with the functional and utility (PFU) program provided by the Ordering Employer (together with the additional requirements of the Ordering Employer PFU) and developed on its basis by the performance of project documentation, verified byOrderinger for consistent with PFU, currently applicable by law and documents to which PFUs are released. 2.
