Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation by the Contractor of tasks related to the modernization and updating of databases of the Agricultural Plot Identification System (LPIS) - hereinafter referred to as the LPIS system and with on-site control (KnM):
1. color aerial photos with a large-format color digital camerareal (RGB) and near infrared (IR) with a field pixel size of not more than 0.25 m (GSD ≤ 0.25 m) and based on them, developing a digital orthophotomap in real colors (RGB) and false colors (CIR) with a field pixel size 0.25 m in the straight plane coordinate systemangle PL-1992 (hereinafter: "PL-1992") along with technical documentation, for an area of approx. 558 thousand km2, submitted for collection in sheets at a scale of 1:5,000, hereinafter referred to as Product 1,
2. cartometric anaglyph maps from aerial photos taken in 2024-2026, in the PL-1992 system, pdelivered for collection in sheets at a scale of 1: 5,000, hereinafter referred to as Product 1A,
3. vector data identifying the change in land cover for reference plots indicated by the Ordering Party, located in the area of Product 1 developed in 2024-2026 under this order,hereinafter referred to as Product 3, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Development" or "Development Products".
