Description:
The subject of the order is a comprehensive modernization of the existing building of the Bardo lskie Forest District. The modernization works are aimed at improving the standard of use, safety and aesthetics of the interior and technical installations of the building. The scope of work does not include changes to the current method use of the building. The work will be carried out while the institution is operating, in a manner that will not disrupt its functioning. The rooms will be made available to the Contractor on floors. The scope of the order includes full construction work processes, including all demolition, construction and finishing works (including removal of collisions with previously installed devices, in particular air conditioners and central heating and sewage installations), along with the purchase, delivery to the construction site, installation of materials and devices as well as removal from the construction site and disposal of demolition materials and waste, as well as the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment related to the implementation of construction works.
