Description:
The task includes the replacement of a classless boiler with a class 5 boiler (pellet fuel) with a feeder with a power of approx. 10 kW, together with works related to the replacement and connection, i.e.: - disassembly of the existing boiler and installation of a new class 5 boiler together with the existing central heating installation, - installation of a new class 5 boiler, - installation of domestic hot water - connection of the boiler to the existing domestic hot water installation, - central heating installation. - connecting the boiler to the existing central heating installation, - installing a new flue gas duct for the boiler, - installing the boiler room ventilation system exhaust air, - carrying out a chimney inspection opinion before and after the installation of the chimney liner, - tidying up the workplace along with the disposal and removal of construction waste, and submitting a Waste Transfer Card, no later than on the day of receipt of the item order, - execution of a surface-mounted power supply system for the boiler, pumps, and lighting, along with electrical measurements for the installation, - performance of tightness tests, - after completing the work, a short operating instruction will be provided to the building manager and residents, - will provide the building manager/administrator with documents such as chimney sweeper's opinions, manufacturer's instructions, approvals, certificates for the installed devices, O&M (if any).
