The subject of the order is the modernization of the boiler room in the building of the School Complex No. 3 in Stalowa Wola (hereinafter referred to as the User), consisting in the replacement of the gas boiler. The building in which the works will be carried out is located at: ul. Polna 15, 37-464 Stalowa Wola.2. General information: Subject of the study is the modernization of the boiler room in the school building, which includes, among others: for: demolition and disassembly of the gas boiler and existing equipment, removal and disposal of the boiler, dismantled equipment, pipes, rubbish and debris, installation of a new condensing gas boiler and associated equipment (including pumps) circulation vessel, expansion vessel, tubular exchanger) provided by the Contractor, testing the installation for tightness and correct operation, commissioning the installation, constructing a new electrical switchboard and a fire protection circuit breaker, providing complete documentation reception including, among others, approvals, certificates, technical cards, commissioning and tightness protocols, guarantees of the devices used, operating instructions including a technological diagram of the boiler room, basic principles of operation zain...
