Brief Description of the Subject Order: The subject of the task is to perform a gas installation in terms of gas lead to a designed gas boiler for heating and preparing hot water for the Municipal Health Center located at ul. Monastic 1 in Ornontowice, as well as the selection of boiler, chimney and required devices and fittings for gas boiler room. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 4 to SWZ, design documentation, technical specification of the work and reception of works and the refurbishment.
