- Construction of an external gas installation powered by two underground LPG tanks with a capacity of 6.4 m3 each, two sets of three gas-powered air absorption heat pumps in a silent version with a total nominal heating power of one set of 114.9 kW (total 229.8 kW) and two condensing ones externally installed AY100 gas boilers in a four-pipe system with a nominal heating power of the set of 199.8 kW. Execution of demolition works in the area of plots no. 416/12 and 416/16. Execution of electrical installation and laying of cables in the area of plot no. 416/16. Installation of underground tanks, boilers gas, heat pumps and construction of a gas installation in the area of plot no. 416/16. Construction of a technological yard with the installation of a fence in the area of plot no. 416/16. Construction of a rainwater drainage system in the area of plots no. 416/12 and 416/16. Reconstruction of the surface in the area of plots no. 416/12 and 416/16. Boiler plant inside the building, plot no. 416/16.
