A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: the implementation of construction works consisting in the modernization of the Ice CD Rink BOSIR at ul. 11 November 28 in Bialystok in the system. Design and build.2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) stage I - execution of design documentation and technical specifications for the implementation and reception of works2) stage II - Execution of construction works related to the renovation of the BOSIR ice rink plate in accordance with the approved documentation .3. The Contractor shall be obliged in particular to: 1) collateral, labeling of the area of works and care for the technical condition and the correctness of the labeling throughout the duration of the task. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the construction area from the time of the construction site; 2) Meaning for the construction of the necessary gain and collateral; 3) organizing the construction site with its own effort and ensuring property protection; 4) Taking into account the possibilities of normal use of rooms neighboring the ice plate during works ; 5) Compliance with the construction of existing health and safety regulations on the construction site. and protection regulations ... - Documents:
