Description:
1) The procedure concerns the investment task titled: Modernization of the bridge along ul. Parkowa, also called an investment task or investment in the order documents. 2) The subject of the order, which the contractor selected in this procedure will be obliged to perform, is the implementation of the task investment in accordance with the conditions specified by the Ordering Party, by performing construction works consisting of renovation of the steel supporting structure, renovation of the concrete deck, renovation of supports, insulation, demolition of existing surfaces together with substructures, construction of new surfaces including substructures, laying drainage and road curbs, installing balustrades, strengthening slopes and stream bottoms, making transition slabs, planting, topsoil and grassing the area, tidying up the area, removing rubble and soil along with the costs of storage and disposal. 3) Detailed description and scope of the subject of the order (with the reservation referred to in point 4 together with the requirements of the Ordering Party, the conditions of order execution, receipt and settlement, warranty and warranty conditions are specified in the documents of the subject order attached to the SWZ: a) pr...
