- 1 Renovation of roofing, on the principles set in SWZ. Incretion consists in making insulation of external walls of the building with foamed polystyrene gr. 5 cm with z facade expeditions and replacement of the roof covering to cover with roofing metal, as well as the accompanying robt. The removal includes the performance of the following Robt:- disassembly and re-assembly of all elements found on the facade, i.e. technical operators, gas/ electric boxes, etc., technical operators located on the roof and all necessary things necessary to perform the modernization of the facade and coverage; - insulation of external cianas with foamed polystyrene with facade expeditions; - insulation with foamed polystyrene; - replacement of gutters and drain pipes, - replacement of the window sills; - replacement of roof window joinery and replacement of the front door;- renovation of the roofing (replacement of existing roofing sheet metal to cover with anthracite sheet metal);- replacement of existing sheet metal sheets;- disassembly I will perform ...
