Description:
1. The subject of the order is the modernization of building D for the needs of AOS for the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice lskie, in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program constituting [Appendix No. 1 to SWZ].2. As part of the planned project, the contractor will be responsible for: - obtaining the necessary connection conditions, - development of design documentation for the scope along with the necessary technical infrastructure, - execution of construction and installation works, - obtaining acceptance throughout the entire investment process, including final acceptance completed with a protocol and occupancy permit, - agreement with the sanitary expert - epidemiological studies, - consultation with an occupational health and safety and fire protection expert, the Ordering Party indicates that the organization and location of the construction site (access, possible demolition) should be taken into account in consultation with the investor.3. The study should include: - inventories for design purposes; - assessment of the technical condition and or construction expertise of an existing building.
