I Subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a task called: "Modernization of the building at ul. Architektow 109 - addition of an external elevator - design and build (2)", which includes: a) Preparation of design documentation to the extent necessary for the implementation of the task consisting in the addition of an external elevator to the building along with obtaining all necessary permits, decisions, arrangements, resolutions and opinions required by law; b) Carrying out activities aimed at maintaining the project related to the previously carried out thermal modernization of the building with co-financing from the program "Improvement of energy efficiency of residential buildings in the city of Gliwice - III"; c) Exercising author's supervision during the implementation of construction works on the basis of documentation prepared by the Contractor; d) Implementation of construction works on the basis of documentation prepared by the Contractor for the entire scope indicated in the functional and utility program and permits, decisions, arrangements, resolutions and opinions obtained as a result of applicable regulations; together with accompanying works and activities necessary to carry out the construction works described in n...
