Description:
The subject of the order is the reconstruction of part of the building of the village community center in Miechów, consisting in adapting the rooms into community rooms. The scope of work includes construction and demolition works requiring special protection of employees, disinfection of walls, floors, walls, ceilings, window and door joinery, electrical installations and water and sewage installations as well as full toilet and kitchenette equipment with sanitary equipment. The subject of the order must be carried out in accordance with the documentation design, including preparation of the work area and ensuring that the work area is in proper condition after completion. It will be possible to start work only after the Ordering Party obtains a final decision allowing construction. 2. Detailed scope the subject of the order is specified in the design documentation: construction design with an annex, designs and technical specifications, land development design and bill of quantities, which is only of auxiliary nature.
