- 1. The subject of this order is the Modernization of the Cardiology Department and the Intensive Cardiological Surveillance Unit along with their additional equipment, as part of the project entitled: Development of the activities of the Independent Public Health Care Complex in Myszków as a center of the national level II cardiological network in the field of cardiac diagnostics and treatment based on improving the quality and availability of services and expanding their scope. 2. Within the scope of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: a) development of design documentation and obtaining the necessary agreements/permits; b) performance of installation and construction works for the scope described above, as well as delivery and assembly of equipment; c) obtaining acceptance of the entire investment process, including acceptance blanket.
