Description:
1. The contract award procedure is carried out in an open tender mode on the basis of "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A." , adopted for use by resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of 01/08/2023 (the provisions of the Public Procurement Law does not apply). 2. Type of order: delivery. 3. The subject of the contract is: is the modernization of CCTV monitoring in the building of the Głogow railway station and Brzeg, broken down into 2 tasks. 4. The procedure to which this SWZ relates is marked with: KFZ/2025/WNP-017628, contractors are obliged to rely on to the above designation in all contacts with the Employer. 5. Each contractor can submit only one offer, prepared in accordance with the requirements set out in SWZ (the offer should be submitted electronically, in the manner indicated in chapter V SWZ). 6. The application allows the possibility of submitting offers partial. Each contractor can submit an offer, according to their own choice, for one or more tasks, among the tasks below: 1) Task No. 1 - modelization of CCTV monitoring in the building of the Brzeg station, pl. Dworcowy 1, 49-300 Brzeg, 2) Task No. 2 -Modernization of CCTV monitoring in the station building Głogow, pl. 1000-lecia 1, 67-200 Głogow.7. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers under one task. 8.
