The subject of the fall includes the execution of the following ROBTs, i.e.: 1) reconstruction of the square in front of the entrance to the chapel, 2) replacement of the surface of the coating surface of the building, 3) making 2 additional window openings, 4) stitching of the roof cian 5). Making the window and door joinery and the new joinery Window, 6) replacement of the Coverings 7) Cleaning the facade from Cegy with the completion of races and welds, 8) replacement of gutters and downpipes, 9) replacement of the electrical installation together with the assembly of internal chopping, 10) performing the partition in the chapel, 11) performance of a new floor, 12) new floor performance internal plasters along with painting after prior removal of old plaster, 13) mounting in a system air launcher in the roof, 14) providing and installing facility equipment includes:- awki,- PKI,- cabinets,- recording,- flower hangers,- otarz,- catafalk,- mwnic 15) execution of the remaining robs escaped in the project documentation, 16) supplies and assembly of the information board on the grant granted in accordance with the guidelines of the co -financing institution.
