A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the development of a land located on an existing residential building on Dz. No. 52/6 and 52/1. Around the building, hiking, greenery, small architecture and an economic building and toilet are designed. Investment is a courtyard interior at a multi-family residential building, located at ul. Wyszyński in Oborniki Śląskie. The area is undeveloped, mostly covered with low and high green, partly hardened within a residential building. Concrete walking and existing field steps are damaged and require reconstruction. The area is adjacent to residential, economic and cinema. The investment area is equipped with technical infrastructure: - Sanitary sewage system - sanitary sewage - water supply network - power supply network - the gas network has been partly designed partially from granite slabs, granite cubes and high green and low greenery.
