Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the basement of the City Hall, consisting in adapting storage rooms to the needs of the EZD warehouse. , 2. The works will consist in: a) making moisture-proof insulation of the walls using the crystal injection method; b) making plastersinnovative;, c) replacement of stoneware tile floors;, d) painting works;, e) installation of central heating;, f) installation of air conditioning;, g) replacement of electrical installation;, h) delivery and installation of shelves, 3. Implementation the subject of the order will be carried out in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, applicable legal regulations, other contractual documents, principles of construction practice, construction safety and future operation, while maintaining the high quality of the materials and solutions used and in a way that ensures future failure-free and economical use of the created infrastructurestructure in accordance with its planned purpose, as well as the removal of all defects and faults that occur during the warranty and warranty period provided by the Contractor.
