- 1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the Civil Defense warehouse building in Rychtal, located at Namysowska Street, plot no. 255/5, plot no. 255/11, consisting of the following construction works: 1) Internal and external construction works: a) complete removal and reconstruction of internal plasters and external, b) repairing cracks in walls and walls, c) scraping and washing old paint coatings from ceilings, d) painting walls and ceilings with moisture-resistant paints, e) replacing floors using durable and easy-to-maintain materials, f) replacing windows and doors with new, energy-saving and resistant ones for weather conditions, installation of an entrance gate, g) renovation of the roof with the installation of a new, tight roofing made of trapezoidal sheet metal. 2) Modernization of the electrical installation including: a) preparation for a new power connection, b) replacement of cabling, c) installation of new lighting, installation of a new switchgear, surge protection, sockets, switches and electric heaters.3) Development of the area around the building: a) dismantling the existing, damaged fence and installing a new fence, b) installing a wicket and entrance gate get married...
