A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the execution of construction works related to the modernization of commission commission roads to agricultural land with a division into two parts / tasks: Part No. 1 - Modernization of commission municipal roads to agricultural land in the field of bituminous pavement. Modernization includes: - Municipal road Łącko - Czerniec in M. Łącko in km 0 + 387 - 0 + 667; - Municipal Way No. 292116K Wola Kosnov - Grocha M. Wola Kosnov in km 0 + 075 - 0 + 285; - Road Municipal No 292104K Wola Kosnowa Górki Zagórze - Kson's Wola Kosnov in km 0 + 270-0 + 500, on the terms specified in SWZ. The scope of works includes the construction: foundation, road surface from bituminous surfaces, roadside. Nicked description of the subject of the order contains the technical specification of performance and receipt of works, constituting an appointment No. 9 to the SWZ, the reference of works constituting an appointment No. 8. Conditions for the contract are set out in the project Contracts constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
