Description:
The subject of the order is the modernization of the complex of hydrotherapy offices along with the reconstruction and activation of the ventilation system in the building of the SP ZOZ Spa Sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Sopot. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the description required by the Ordering Party are specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, i.e.: Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order together with attachments (Technical specification, Technical design of electrical installation, Bill of quantities for electrical installation, Construction bill of quantity, Ventilation bill of quantity, Ventilation detailed design), as well as in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act PZP
