A detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the Employer's requirements in the scope of implementation and acceptance is determined by:
- description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - Annex 10 to SWZ,
- planned provisions of the contract - Annex 11 to SWZ
Quality guarantee and warranty for flaws.
Ordering It requires that the warranty period be 36 months from the date of signing the final acceptance report confirming the performance of the entire subject of the contract. In addition, the contracting authority requires that the warranty period for defects be equal to the warranty period
