Description of the subject of the contract:
The Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Department is located on the 3rd floor in building B and partly in building A.
The renovation intention is to change the existing functional system and their connection into one system with the joint use of auxiliary rooms.
Range The work includes the existing Oaiit in which it is necessary to complete the total disassembly of permanent equipment with electrical, sanitary installations, medical gases, demolition of partition walls, dismantling ventilation ducts at the 3rd floor level within oaiit and all ventilation channels on other floors supplying air from ventilation units from the roof
The scope of dismantling also includes ventilation devices located on the roof and in the basement level, which have previously been used for the needs of Oaiit.
The new functionality of Oaiit is openly bed space and organizing a supervisory console for nursing staff. Oait will also be separated for a separata with mucus, a separate sanitary node, separate rooms for nurses and separate for doctors.
For a new functional system covering 7 beds Nado -bed panels will be set up
with the possibility of locing the entire medical apparatus and equipment necessary for administration medicines and monitoring of patient states with medical gases, electrical installations
