Description:
1. The subject of the order is the modernization of a detailed horizontal geodetic control network in the city of Siemianowice lskie, containing 952 points. According to the conducted matrix inventory. As part of the modernization works divided into stages, the following should be performed: a) Stage 1 Technical design modernization of the detailed horizontal geodetic network, b) Stage 2 implementation of the technical design for modernization of the detailed horizontal geodetic network by the Contractor.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is: a) Technical conditions included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ and b) Designed provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, - hereinafter referred to as the Documentation.3. For the completed subject of the order, the selected Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee and warranty for a period consistent with the Contractor's offer, but not shorter than 24 months from the day following the date of the protocol acceptance without reservations of the Stage. 2 items of the order.4.
